Yes! This ensures higher quality standards, better sustainability practices, and supports local communities.
Each LUUF mattress is hand-assembled by experienced craftspeople in our Watertown, Wisconsin facility. We’re proud to bring skilled American manufacturing back to the heartland.
By producing our mattresses in the U.S., we can closely monitor quality, reduce shipping emissions, and provide faster delivery times. It also allows us to ensure ethical labor practices and support the American workforce.
While we don’t currently offer expedited shipping, our production and delivery process is already fast! Most customers receive their LUUF mattress within 5–9 business days from the date of order.
Once your mattress is crafted and ready to go, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your LUUF every step of the way.
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. We're exploring options for expanded delivery in the future—stay tuned!
Not necessarily! LUUF mattresses are made with CertiPUR-US® certified foams and low-VOC materials, so there’s minimal off-gassing. Any slight “new mattress” smell will dissipate quickly and is completely safe.
Your LUUF will expand to most of its full size within minutes, but it may take up to 24 hours to fully settle into its final shape. That said, it’s perfectly fine to sleep on it the same day it arrives.
Nope! Just unbox it, unroll it onto your bed frame or foundation, and watch it expand. It’s a one-person job, but having a second set of hands makes it even easier.
A little mindful care goes a long way. By treating your LUUF with thoughtfulness, you’ll enjoy consistent comfort, support, and quality sleep night after night. It’s all about creating a sleep space that supports you for the long haul.
